Cabinet 01 is a work from the Chamber Works collection, a series of collectible objects in which Djeric-Hunold translate their artistic language into functional form. These pieces are conceived not as furniture in the conventional sense, but as composed works: intimate in scale, precise in construction and inseparable from the philosophy that defines their practice.

The cabinet unfolds like a stage, like an opera in miniature. Its subtly zig-zagged facade orchestrates light and shadow, creating depth, rhythm and movement. The doors, finished in hand-pigmented stucco technique, shimmer with a disciplined sheen, built layer by layer through process. A red stone handle marks a dramatic moment within the composition, like a soloist stepping into the light. It draws attention, introduces tactility and transforms the minimal into something intimate and alive.
